BYRES provides a platform for real estate professionals to create and manage their websites and listings. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all content you publish through our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
The BYRES platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BYRES and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content you create and publish through BYRES remains your property.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
